This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Splithook sets on your device and why.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a website. It is sent back to the originating server on subsequent requests, allowing the site to remember information about your session.
Cookies we set
Splithook uses only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the Service. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

No third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) set cookies through Splithook.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking authentication and form submission. No consent is required to set them under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest — security and service delivery).
Third-party services
Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies on the checkout flow hosted at checkout.stripe.com. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy. We have no control over them and they are only loaded if you navigate to the checkout page.
How to control cookies
You can configure or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies will prevent you from logging in.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Changes
If we add new cookies in the future, we will update this page and, where required by law, obtain your consent before setting them.
